Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective From: June 30, 2025.
Applies To: All services offered by Saarthi Sangha, an initiative of Tecraki Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

1. Booking Cancellations

1.1 Therapy & Counseling Sessions

  • Users may reschedule a session only once, and must do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled session time.
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session (and after the rescheduling window) are non-refundable.

1.2 Mentorship Circles & Group Programs

  • Group session bookings are non-refundable.
  • However, users may request to transfer attendance to a future group session of equal value, subject to availability and approval.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Monthly/Annual Plans

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
  • Canceling stops future billing, but no partial refunds are issued for remaining time in the billing cycle.

2.2 Trial Periods

  • Free trials carry no charges.
  • If you move to a paid plan post-trial, cancel before the billing start date to avoid charges.

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Saarthi Sangha is not responsible for delays by banks or third-party payment gateways.

4. Cancellation by Saarthi Sangha

  • We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to expert unavailability, system errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, users will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule without penalty.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

  • Users can cancel bookings or subscriptions directly through the Saarthi Sangha platform.
  • For additional support or refund requests, users may also email contact@saarthisangha.com with:
    • Full name and registered contact details
    • Booking or transaction ID
    • Reason for cancellation or refund
