Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective From: June 30, 2025.
Applies To: All services offered by Saarthi Sangha, an initiative of Tecraki Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
1. Booking Cancellations
1.1 Therapy & Counseling Sessions
- Users may reschedule a session only once, and must do so at least 3 hours before the scheduled session time.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session (and after the rescheduling window) are non-refundable.
1.2 Mentorship Circles & Group Programs
- Group session bookings are non-refundable.
- However, users may request to transfer attendance to a future group session of equal value, subject to availability and approval.
2. Subscription Plans
2.1 Monthly/Annual Plans
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- Canceling stops future billing, but no partial refunds are issued for remaining time in the billing cycle.
2.2 Trial Periods
- Free trials carry no charges.
- If you move to a paid plan post-trial, cancel before the billing start date to avoid charges.
3. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds are credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Saarthi Sangha is not responsible for delays by banks or third-party payment gateways.
4. Cancellation by Saarthi Sangha
- We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to expert unavailability, system errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, users will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule without penalty.
5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
- Users can cancel bookings or subscriptions directly through the Saarthi Sangha platform.
- For additional support or refund requests, users may also email contact@saarthisangha.com with:
- Full name and registered contact details
- Booking or transaction ID
- Reason for cancellation or refund
