1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Saarthi Sangha ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement governs your use of all services provided by Tecraki Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”).
By signing up, creating an account, or engaging with any services, you confirm your acceptance of:

If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have authority to bind the organization. If you are under the legal age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
2. Services Offered
Saarthi Sangha provides wellness, mentorship, and emotional health services including:
- Mentorship Circles
- Professional Counseling & Therapy Sessions
- Community Engagement & Awareness Initiatives
- In-app Journaling, Self-Assessments, and Reflection Tools
3. User Eligibility & Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use the platform for lawful and respectful purposes
- Refrain from infringing any third-party rights
- Comply with age and medical consent requirements (e.g. parental consent for minors, doctor approval for at-risk individuals)
We may require identity verification where necessary.
4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
- Services may be accessed through one-time purchases or recurring subscription plans
- All payments are processed through secure gateways
- Refunds:
- Therapy session cancellations eligible for refund if made 24 hours in advance
- No partial refunds on monthly subscriptions
- We reserve the right to revise pricing or billing cycles with prior notice
5. Medical Disclaimer
Saarthi Sangha does not offer medical diagnoses or emergency care. Our services are not a substitute for medical consultation. You must consult a healthcare professional before using any mental health services, especially if pregnant, on medication, or diagnosed with psychiatric or physical conditions.
6. Platform Content & Intellectual Property
All original content on Saarthi Sangha—AI prompts, illustrations, session modules, branding, audio, video, text, and frameworks—are owned or licensed by Tecraki Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written consent.
7. Community Conduct & Platform Restrictions
By using our platform, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or misuse support professionals or fellow users
- Upload false, obscene, infringing, or misleading content
- Share login credentials or access services via unauthorized means
- Circumvent payment or usage limits
- Engage in automated scraping, hacking, or attempts to damage the Platform
- Use Saarthi Sangha while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or unstable medical conditions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion in the case of violations.
8. Mobile App Usage
- We grant a personal, non-transferable license to access the mobile app
- You may not copy, modify, or sell the app, or disable its protective features
- By installing the app, you accept that standard data charges may apply
9. Data Privacy & Security
We collect and process user data in accordance with applicable Indian laws. Key statutes include:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011
- Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards. Users may request data access, correction, or deletion via our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Saarthi Sangha is not liable for:
- Mental health outcomes of peer or professional sessions
- Third-party payment gateway failures
- Inaccuracies in user-submitted data
- Service disruption due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.)
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for services during the last 12 months.
11. Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction
- We encourage resolution through good faith discussions
- If unresolved, disputes will be settled via binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Legal jurisdiction: Courts of Delhi, India
12. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if:
- Terms are violated
- Abuse or harassment is reported
- Illegal use or behavior endangers the platform community
Users may delete accounts at any time; however, no refunds will be provided unless specified under Clause 4.
13. Modifications to the Policy
These Terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
